Hippocrates – circa 460-377BC, stated that the body had four fundamental liquids called ‘humours’ (moods) and they affected a person’s behaviour depending on the quantity of each. In modern terms, we now think of Hippocrates ‘humours’ as DOMINANCE, INFLUENCE, STEADINESS & COMPLIANCE. By understanding other people - colleagues, customers, suppliers, this helps us build rapport and develop strong relationships.
