So, who uses a coach? - Anyone from Chief Executive to front line staff

What is the success rate? - The success rate is high because as the individual builds a strong working relationship with the coach they will be more committed to implement their action plan. And as the individual sees the results developing that in itself creates a high level of self-motivation.

What about the relationship? - This is the foundation on which success is built. At the outset, the coach and the individual will agree on a ‘contract for coaching’. This is a two-way commitment to carry out the roles in a professional way. It enables both parties to build a working partnership where the underlying theme is that of trust and commitment.

How long does the coaching last for? - The number of sessions is agreed at the outset. Many people use coaches on a retainer basis.
Each session can be up to 60 minutes if tele-coaching or 1.5 – 2 hours if face to face coaching. This gives the individual more flexibility to fit the coaching in around their lifestyle and business commitments.

Your future in mind - As you read this information think for a moment how much more you could achieve by having a clear goal, vision or purpose for your career and life. What will you be doing this time next year? What do you want to be doing this time next year? Isn’t it nice to know that through coaching you can create your personal route map to future success?
