So,
who uses a coach? - Anyone from Chief Executive to front line staff
What is the success rate? - The success
rate is high because as the individual builds a strong working
relationship with the coach they will be more committed to implement
their action plan.
And as the individual sees the results developing that in itself
creates a high level
of self-motivation.
What about the relationship? - This is the foundation
on which success is built. At the outset, the coach and the individual will
agree on a ‘contract for coaching’. This is a two-way commitment
to carry out the roles in a professional way. It enables both parties to
build a working partnership
where
the underlying theme is that of trust and commitment.
How long does the coaching last for? - The number
of sessions is agreed at the outset. Many people use coaches on a retainer
basis.
Each session can be up to 60 minutes if tele-coaching or 1.5 – 2
hours if face to face coaching. This gives the individual more flexibility
to fit the coaching in around their lifestyle and business commitments.
Your future in mind - As you read this information
